Description
Deep garnet in color, the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon offers a nose of warm cassis, baked plums and blackberry preserves with hints of Chinese five spice, vanilla pod and hoisin, plus a waft of cedar. This is quite a rich, rich, voluptuous (though medium-bodied) offering from Domain A with mouth-coating blackberry coulis flavors and tons of spice supported by firm velvety tannins.
