Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is located in Chassagne-Montrachet. Pierre-Yves Colin was part of his father’s winery, Domaine Marc Colin and decided to start his own negoce in 2001. In 2005, he got 6 hectares from the family vineyards. Considered as one of the pre-eminent young producers of white Burgundy, he delivered new wine techniques wherein he used demi-muid (a 600-liter oak barrels) barrels, eschew the use of battonage, making each of his bottlings a clear expression of its terroir and mineral-driven Chardonnay.
