Picked at 86° Oechsle the 2018 Dorsheim Goldloch Riesling Kabinett (Auction) is super precise, fresh and flinty on the coolish and reductive nose. Vinified in stainless steel, this is a lush and generous, very clear and crystalline Kabinett with intense and sustainable fruit and mineral aromas. Great grip and mineral tension balance the generous but clear and refined fruit. A gorgeous Riesling. Tasted at the domain in July 2019. Wine Advocate 92 (2018)
