A follow-up to the hugely popular initial release of skin contact Pinot Gris from Alex and Galit Shachaf. And it's a beaut! Nursed through its time on skins, with some whole bunches in the mix, before being gently basket pressed before and bottled unfined, unfiltered. The finished wine sits hot pink in the glass- almost glowing from its ruddy coloured skins. It's floral, fancy and beautiful to drink.
