花の香 花火 Sparkling Sake，熊本 花の香酒造 作品，全量使用菊池川流域 和水地區產山田錦，以如香檳般的瓶內二次發酵技術釀造的旗艦氣泡酒作品。釀造後連同酒渣（On Lees）在生酒狀態下作高溫熟成半年，之後再除渣作瓶內二次發酵，再讓作品熟成最少兩年才推出發售。故意將生酒以高溫熟成帶出被認為負面的「老香」，並與二氧化碳發生調和，表現出獨特的香氣，有如熟蘋果和烤烘多士的香氣，熟成讓作品更添複雜性，氣泡如煙花般在口中盛放，是華麗清爽，有如夏季煙花般的高貴作品。
