The 2012 Single Vineyard Pinot Noir leads with black pudding and thyme, blood plum skin and tapenade. In the mouth, the acidity freshens the autumnal character that is woven across the palate. There are brown field mushrooms, bone broth and even a hint of roast beef crust. There’s sweet meat alongside rich mahogany-derived characters. It still has years left to go, but it’s certainly maturing. Wine Advocate 90
