Domaine La Rogerie who are based in Avize. With deep Champagne roots - long lines of peasant farmers and winemakers, this husband and wife team François and Justine are Champagne's young guns, leading the charge with their organic and sustainable winemaking methods.

2015 by Domaine La Rogerie is the second Vintage Champagne produced by the Petit Boxler family; it is 100% Chardonnay harvested in the Grand Cru territory of Avize in 2015. Draught in April 2015 with a 7 years rest on its own yeasts for this fantastic Champagne Blanc de Blancs with low sugar dosage (Extra Brut 2 g/l).
