The 2016 Premier Cru Rilly-la-Montagne was disgorged in January 2020 with three grams per liter dosage. Offering up notes of pear, apricot, pastry cream and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and incisive, with tangy acids and chalky grip.
