Amarone della Valpolicella Classico represents a somewhat surprising return to tradition following the exciting eccentricities of the other wines in the Zyme portfolio. Delicate and ethereal, this beautifully-aged Amarone offers aromas of dried cherry, cedarwood, bruised apple, pressed violets, spice, used leather and campfire smoke.
