In the Dufour family, after her brother Charles and her mother Françoise Martinot (for the Bistrøtage range that Charles vinifies), here is Julie Dufour. In her early forties, Julie was not predestined to take over the family vineyards (from her father). She went to work for about ten years in the Paris region and in 2012 she will return to her native Landreville (Côte-des-Bar, Southern Champagne) with her two young children. An "almost natural need to return to her roots", she explains. To do this, Julie Dufour has followed a training course (BPREA) on working with vines and wine and regularly attends meetings on the subject. She quickly understood that working the soil would be too hard for her size. Julie was therefore assisted in working the vines at Winery (4.25 ha) where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown organically.

The Champagne Cléobuline by Julie Dufour is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay harvested from organically farmed vineyards around Landreville. Extra Brut dosage of 3 g/l for this balanced and bright Champagne from the Côte des Bars
