Rosélie Premier Cru Extra Brut by Roger Coulon is a rosé de saignée or macerated rosé wine made from two parcels located between 130 and 150 metres above sea level on the Montagne de Reims, one of the illustrious terroirs. Cultivated using organic viticultural and agroforestry practices, these old vines located on the parcels “Les Limons” in Vrigny and “Les Linguets” in Gueux are 51 and 30 years old respectively.

Natural vinification. Maceration for 24 hours. Partial destemming. No chaptalisation. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vinification of the 2019 harvest exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation. Aged in vats or small barrels for 8 to 10 months on fine lees.
