Description
A rare export from Georgia – a light single-varietal red! Destemmed and macerated in stainless steel for a week, where the fermentation also finished. Rested in-bottle for another year before release. Crunchy tannins, bright, fresh red berry notes and a beautifully refreshing acidity.
