I must confess a particular fondness for the 2025 Bandol Rosé from Château de Pibarnon. Wafting from the glass with aromas of red berries, pomegranate, grapefruit and flowers, it’s medium- to full-bodied, delicately tense and precise, with a juicy, seamless texture concluding with a long, ethereal finish.
