During the complete reconstruction of the castle in Bela and in accordance with the tradition of the Ullman family, the owner, Countess Ilona von Krockow, together with the renowned German winemaker and family friend Egon Müller, decided to establish a new winery. They renovated the cellar and employed the well-known and respected local winemaker Miroslav Petrech. The winery was founded in 2000.
